Meet the New Bombshells in the Love Island MSP Airport Terminal 1 Villa
Inspired by Peacock’s record breaking reality show ‘Love Island’ and by summer travelers trapped in the Minneapolis-Saint-Paul airport, airport officials have opened a new lounge: the Love Island MSP Airport Terminal 1 Villa.
Several bombshells have since joined the original islanders in the new lounge, where no one is permitted to leave unless they have been voted out.
One bombshell, 59-year-old Gary Poole, expressed concern about the villa’s food.
“Do you guys have hard-boiled eggs?” he asked. “I don’t see any hard-boiled eggs. I’m not a big fan of avocados and wheat toast, toasties, or whatever they’re calling them.”
Another bombshell, 44-year-old Kerry McMullen, entered a week ago with her 15-year-old son, Jason. Jason has grown in popularity in the villa, making it hard for them to leave.
“We missed our flight, and didn’t make it to my cousin’s wedding this weekend,” said Kerry, “all ’cause apparently Jason is the airport’s favorite islander right now.”
A fellow islander had pulled Jason for a chat, so he was not available for comment.
A livestream of all activities occurring in the lounge is available at all gates in Terminal 1. Airport patrons can vote for their favorite islanders on the Navigate MSP mobile app.
