Huh: Vaccine Questionaire For Seniors Asks If They’ve Ever Won A Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Award

Well, this is odd. The official COVID-19 pre-vaccination checklist is asking possible vaccine recipients if they’ve ever won a Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Award and no one knows why.
Right after asking if individuals have ever had an allergic reaction to polyethylene glycol, the form asks “Have you ever won a Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Award and if so, in what category?”, “Have you ever been slimed?”, and “Are you Tony Hawk?”.
Are winners of the long-running children’s award show being put at the top of the list? Is there something in Nickelodeon’s iconic green slime that affects the coronavirus vaccine? Does someone at the MDH really want to meet beloved skater Tony Hawk? Despite diligent research, we know precisely nothing.
A reporter from The Nordly reached out to MDH Director Jan Maclom asking what this is all about but she just sent back a baffling one-sentence email saying “Tony Hawk won favorite male athlete at the Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Award 5 times”, followed by seven exclamation points.
