MINNEAPOLIS — A head-on collision between two food trucks in downtown Minneapolis resulted in the deaths of both drivers, two passengers in critical condition, and a delightfully creative new cuisine that’s sweeping the city: Southern BBQ Tacos.

The crash, between a food truck serving Mexican dishes and one serving authentic Southern Barbecue, was a tragedy that has left the community reeling, as well as licking their lips in anticipation.

Mourners and foodies alike have flocked to the crash-site to pay their respects and catch any remaining whiffs of the smoky wreckage that linger in the air.
