Local Mom Reports That Salad Dressing Has ‘A Little Bit of a Kick To It’

MAPLE GROVE — After painstakingly skimming off the red and black tortilla strips because they weren’t low carb, local mom Deb Stavig was seen dipping her finger into a plastic cup of chipotle ranch at the Corner Grille n’ Bar in Maple Grove on Sunday evening. After tasting the dressing, Stavig was clearly surprised and a little delighted by the unexpected flavor. “I tell ya, that’s got a little bit of a kick to it,” said Stavig, lightly drizzling it onto a bed of romaine.

At press time, Stavig’s husband, Chuck, was heard confirming that the dressing was, in fact, “zippy”.
